A couple of Saturdays ago Madisyn and I headed for the Fire Station for a 4-H cake decorating workshop. Each child brought a can of icing and a local cake guru gave them lots of tips.
Madisyn started out practicing making stars on a paper plate. It's a great way to practice. When the bag is empty just scrape the icing off and start again.
By the end of workshop she progressed to chocolate icing and colors. YUM!
