Daddy has lots of exciting things going. He has the lot (see previous posts for that excitement) and he's an auctioneer - yes, the talk real fast, sell things . Last night we went to Hickory Ridge for a benefit auction. Daddy, Papaw and Uncle Kirk (sometimes Uncle Phillip too) volunteer their auction services for local charities. Last night's auction was for a cancer patient. Over $8,000 was raised and they mostly sold cakes and pies. Those people know how to give!
